Job summary

Dart Container is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift in Lancaster, PA. You will supervise a team, manage production priorities, and drive safety and quality across operations.

Key responsibilities include tracking KPIs, coordinating staff, and ensuring on-time delivery of products. The role emphasizes teamwork, continuous improvement, and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Three (3) years of experience in a production environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, accessible and approachable
• Ability to train employees on technology, processes, and procedures
• Thermoforming or plastics experience preferred, willing to relocate the right experience
