Air Solutions (IM) – Lake Wales is seeking Production Supervisors to oversee daily warehouse and production activities, including scheduling and workflow coordination. You will lead, train, coach, and develop staff while managing performance in line with company policies.

Responsibilities include assigning work, ensuring quality and productivity, promoting a safe environment, monitoring staffing, and driving continuous process improvements. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics or related.
• Proven experience leading teams including hiring, training, coaching and performance management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with production scheduling, inventory, and operational planning preferred.
• ERP systems experience with SAP preferred; Sage a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Lead, train, coach, mentor, and develop employees while managing performance in accordance with company policies.
• Assign work, communicate expectations, and ensure quality, productivity, and customer service standards are met.
• Promote a culture of safety by enforcing safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
• Monitor staffing levels, attendance, and time management while controlling labor costs and overtime.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, standardize procedures, and increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and plant leadership to ensure alignment of operational priorities.
• Track and report production performance, operational issues, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and 5S-focused work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or a related environment.
• Proven experience leading teams, including hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and employee development.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with production scheduling, inventory, and operational planning preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred; Sage a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
