Job summary

Mann in Goldsboro, NC is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities, manage staff, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement.

You will develop schedules, coach employees, drive efficiency, and coordinate with plant leadership to meet production targets while maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of production scheduling, materials planning, and Lean Manufacturing principles preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/Sage experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
