Job summary

You will lead a team, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and Logistics to meet production targets. The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, a high school diploma (Associate/Bachelor preferred), and strong lean, problem-solving, and software skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Education: HS diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Proficiency with production management software and Microsoft Office.

Location: Darien, WI

Wage: $55-62K Salary Exempt

Hours: 6a-4:30p MON - THURS OT on Fridays

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Lead, train, and develop production staff, fostering a team-oriented culture.
• Monitor workflow and performance metrics, making real-time adjustments as needed.

Requirements
