Job summary

TMD Staffing is recruiting for a Production Lead/Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in Texas. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and controlling production to meet deadlines while maintaining budget targets, and ensuring a safe working environment.

You will partner with HR for staffing, training, and mentoring, and work with maintenance to minimize downtime. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are required to communicate with a diverse team.

• Coordinate with HR for staffing, training, and staff performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with maintenance to quickly address machine malfunctions and minimize downtime.
• Collect production data, monitor KPIs, and report findings.

• Coordinates with maintenance team to address machine malfunctions and minimize downtime
• Collects data on production, monitors KPIs, and reports data to up perks
• Must speak English/Spanish

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00AM - 6:00PM

Pay is $25 hour
