The Production Supervisor position supports and supervises activities related to production employees at our Kingston, PA facility. The anticipated annual salary starts at $53,000 and is commensurate with experience. HCSC offers the following benefits to all full-time employees:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee departments to ensure safety and quality standards are met, including work processes, employees, and equipment operation.
• Enter employee payroll information and production scores via computer.
• Communicate production issues to management.
• Supervise, orient, and train employees.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required; 3 years of supervisory or management experience preferred. Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus.
• Experience in a union environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• This position reports directly to the General Manager and is based in Kingston, PA.
