AWS / CES is looking for a Production Supervisor - Third Shift

Salary Range : $75,000 - $85,000

Shift : Third Shift (10 : 00 PM to 6 : 20 AM)

Location : Blue Springs MO

Responsibilities :

Lead the Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) Performance for designated Autonomous Production Groups (GAPs).

Drive improvement actions and initiatives in collaboration with UAP Manager and other Production Supervisors.

Manage team performance and personnel issues within assigned GAP(s).

Ensure daily team management and adherence to standardized work methods.

Develop the team through proper staffing, training, and individual development plans.

Support commitments to IATF standards and Environmental Management System (EMS) procedures.

Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) rules and regulations.

Participate in training related to Faurecia's Company Vision for Value Creation and Code of Ethics

Minimum Qualifications :

Minimum of an associate degree in Engineering, with a specialization in Production (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Two to five years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the automotive industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Above average communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; experience with eTime is a plus.
