Position Details

The salary for this position is $75,000-$85,000.

What We’re Seeking

A reliable, quality-focused leader with excellent attention to detail, proactive in improving team and department processes for efficiency without compromising quality. Demonstrates a positive attitude that inspires others, supports team development, and promotes open communication.

Responsibilities

• Health & Safety: Maintain a safe environment, enforce policies, act as contact for after-hours safety incidents.
• Food Safety: Ensure GMP compliance, support audit corrections, collaborate on facility maintenance, and train employees in food safety principles.
• Leadership: Determine training needs, motivate staff, communicate goals, manage employee performance, and oversee 70-120 team members and production processes.
• Operations & Logistics: Manage equipment, monitor production, coordinate with departments, and oversee raw material and shipment logistics.
• Quality & Improvement: Ensure CCP and SSOP compliance, perform audits, and participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Research & Development: Support new product development, maintain a hygienic environment, and collaborate on process improvements.
• Equipment & PPE: Knowledge of pallet jacks, forklifts, and relevant systems.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience in production; food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Additional preferred skills include quality control, machine operation, and management experience.

Physical & Work Environment

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, in cool temperatures, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks consistently.
