Carpenter Co. is hiring a 1st shift Production Supervisor at our EPS High Point manufacturing plant. You will oversee daily production planning, supervise personnel, ensure quality, and coordinate with shipping to guarantee timely loading of product.

You will lead training efforts and enforce safety policies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and long-term career opportunities in a stable industry.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 2–4 years supervisory experience required.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to delegate duties and responsibilities effectively.
• Ability to function under pressure is essential.

Carpenter Co. has an immediate opening for a 1st shift Production Supervisor in our EPS High Point manufacturing plant. This position is responsible for daily production planning, supervising production personnel, overseeing quality in the department, coordinate daily production schedule, and coordinate with shipping and/or production to ensure timely loading of product.

Carpenter Co. employees are committed to working hard to ensure production goals are met while maintaining operational excellence. As the successful candidate, you will be expected to organize, direct, and monitor all aspects of production in the department.

Your Responsibilities, As a Production Supervisor, Will Include

• Daily production planning.

• Responsible for implementing all company policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate with shipping and/or production to ensure timely loading of product.

Skills And Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to four years’ Supervisory experience required to perform the job.
• Good communication skills.
