Carpenter Co. is hiring a 1st shift Production Supervisor at our EPS High Point manufacturing plant. You will oversee daily production planning, supervise personnel, ensure quality, and coordinate with shipping to guarantee timely loading of product.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 2–4 years supervisory experience required.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to delegate duties and responsibilities effectively.
• Ability to function under pressure is essential.

Responsibilities

• Daily production planning.
• Supervise production personnel.
• Oversee quality in the department.
• Coordinate daily production schedule.
• Responsible for training.
• Responsible for completing customer orders efficiently.
• Responsible for proper equipment operation and ensuring Preventive Maintenance Programs are followed.
• Responsible for safety and adherence to safety policies.
• Implement all company policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate with shipping and/or production to ensure timely loading of product.
