Atlas Roofing Corporation's Roof & Wall Insulation division, specializing in the manufacture of engineered polyiso insulation, is seeking a Production Supervisor for their Hazleton, PA facility.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Direct and coordinate work of hourly employees to meet production schedules.
• Ensure machines operate within parameters and final products meet quality standards.
• Achieve production efficiency targets and maintain understanding of processes and product quality.
• Complete production reports and maintain accurate personnel and operational records.
• Manage personnel relations, conduct performance reviews, and handle personnel matters tactfully.
• Identify training needs, coordinate employee development, and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Maintain safe work environment, proper housekeeping, and proper storage of products.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly production employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Experience in foam manufacturing and/or supervisor training preferred.

Skills & Abilities

• Proficiency with PC applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, and E-time.
