Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

We are a key player in supplying fresh and frozen meat blends to customers globally. We have plant locations all over the US, including the Midwest and West Coast. We service customers in the food, pet, and pharmaceutical industries.

Position Overview

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production team in a food manufacturing environment. This role ensures that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety regulations are followed, while also leading and developing team members to achieve optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality in the food manufacturing process.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet changing demands and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the production area.
• Conduct training and development for production team members to enhance skills and productivity.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and submit production reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a food manufacturing environment.
