$65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Are you ready to take the helm and steer a team towards excellence in production? We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to lead our client's production floor to new heights. Dive into a role where your leadership will be pivotal in shapingsuccess and driving innovation. 6pm-6am Continental Shift

3 on 3 off What You'll Do:

• Team Leadership: Strategize labor plans to align with production timelines, manage team attendance, and foster skill development through coaching and training.
• Performance Enhancement: Evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback, and resolve any issues to maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee production activities, ensuring alignment with company policies, and work collaboratively with other department leads to synchronize efforts.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement enhancements to boost quality and efficiency, and participate in revising procedures when necessary.
• Technical Oversight: Supervise computer-controlled production operations, ensuring the quality of semi-finished products meets our standards.
• Equipment Supervision: Keep a watchful eye on the maintenance and functionality of production equipment, promptly addressing any issues.
• Safety and Environment: Champion a safe and organized work environment, adhering to 3R and 5S principles to optimize productivity.
• Inventory Management: Oversee material and inventory management, ensuring efficient logistics and handling of products throughout the production process.

What We're Looking For:

• Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing setting, with a focus on electronic components or chemicals.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in operational tools and procedures, with the ability to manage production processes and systems efficiently.
• Preferred Experience: Familiarity with LEAN, SPC, and Six Sigma methodologies, and experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Technology Proficiency: Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications.
