We are hiring a Production Supervisor who will report to the Operations Director, QuickSnap. The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production lines, driving KPIs such as capacity, yield, and downtime for the Q plant manufacturing Fujifilm One Time Use Cameras. The position is based in Greenwood, SC, with 16 direct reports and 20 contractors reporting to it.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Employee Relations: Supervise technicians, lead and develop associates, manage work schedules, conduct HR activities, perform evaluations, and resolve conflicts.
• Budget and Expense Management: Assist in budget forecasting, manage expenses.
• Operations: Achieve operational goals, monitor KPIs, support after-hours production, coordinate maintenance, perform safety audits, review quality checks, identify and solve problems, report on production metrics, and communicate effectively.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO9001/14001, company policies, safety, and environmental standards. Participate in risk assessments and change management processes.

Minimum Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business, technical field, or equivalent experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years’ supervisory experience in manufacturing, with increasing responsibilities.
• Strong planning, organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate skills preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Leadership ability to manage large teams and foster trust.
• Excellent communication skills across diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Professionalism and stress management skills.
