Description: This is an exciting direct hire opportunity with a growing and established company. This person will be responsible for supervising a team of 20-30 employees. The Production Supervisor will oversee production operations for their line and ensure goals are met consistently. You will manage the scheduling of employees around project schedules, and identify problems and create resolutions. You will be responsible for keeping management and employees up to date on the status of operations and success to meet production goals.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in supervisor role.
• Must have metal fabrication experience.
• Background in Manufacturing or Industrial Construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Understanding of manufacturing process.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve.
• Knowledge of welding, structural steel, and pipe installation is a PLUS.
• Basic computer knowledge.
