Position Summary:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations within the PCU department. The purpose of this position is to control and manage daily production activities, production achievement, and 6s. The Supervisor will lead the production floor team, balancing manpower utilization effectively to maximize productivity while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Skills):

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years related work experience
• Knowledge of computer systems and spreadsheets necessary to perform job duties

Preferred Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Skills):

• 2 year College Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or Organizational Leadership

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily Activities-Floor Control; Production Reporting (Inventories, Production Achievement, Rejects); Quality Improvement; Associate Communications; Attendance Tracking (Line-up, Overtime); 6S and Safety Control, Daily Gemba: 75%
• Continuous Improvement (Efficiency, Quality, Budget, w/PDCA cycle): 5%
• Initiate Training and Assessment: 5%
• Associate Coaching and Counseling: 5%
• Understand and Achieve Customer Requirements (Quality, Cost, Delivery): 5%
