Job summary

DISHER Corp. in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a hands-on supervisor for an Additive Manufacturing environment. You will oversee technicians, manage production scheduling and machine changeovers, coordinate shifts, and ensure on-time delivery of parts.

You’ll work with CAD models, ERP systems, and coordinate with suppliers and customers while maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in CNC or similar manufacturing settings, CAD 3D experience,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in CNC shops or manufacturing.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
• CAD 3D experience.
• Ability to manage shop floor while tracking project timelines.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Coaching and mentoring experience.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule.
