Job summary

Cardinal Scale Mfg. Co. in Webb City, MO is seeking a hands-on manufacturing supervisor to lead CNC and manual machining operations. You will coach a team of 15–20, align daily production schedules, and drive quality and delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing with 3+ in leadership, solid CNC know-how, and proficiency with blueprints. Lean, continuous improvement, and 5S practices are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with 3+ years in machining or metal fabrication.
• 2+ years in supervisory or team leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, blueprints, and production processes.
• Experience with CNC programming, Lean Manufacturing, or quality management is a plus.
