Job summary

DISHER in Grand Rapids, Michigan is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee additive manufacturing operations, coach technicians, and ensure on-time delivery of parts for customers worldwide.

You will manage schedules, machine changeovers, and shop-floor activities within the ERP system, while maintaining high quality and safety across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in CNC shops or similar manufacturing environments.
• CAD 3D experience required or preferred.
• ERP system experience is required.
• Coaching and mentoring experience.
• Ability to plan ahead and multitask; direct others.
• Multi-shift management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technicians, production scheduling and machine changeovers.
