The Production Supervisor, under limited supervision from the Production and Assistant Production Manager, will help develop daily production and employee schedules to achieve production and shipping requirements. They will assist in scheduling activities of production employees and supervisors to meet specific production, quality, safety, and sanitation goals. The role involves carrying out management responsibilities in accordance with Vie-Del’s policies, union contracts, and all applicable laws, while ensuring the security of the company’s assets. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, pay close attention to details, and possess a valid California Driver’s license with a clean DMV record.
