Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years leadership in production/manufacturing.
• Proficiency with business systems software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, delegation and performance management skills.
• Experience with 5S, Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Production Team Leads and Production Associates.
• Monitor master production schedule; communicate priorities.
• Drive KPI boards, daily accountability, and safety/quality focus.
• Coach, manage performance, and conduct reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee attendance, overtime approvals, and time records.
• Ensure on-time delivery and cost-efficient production.
