Job summary

Co-Operative Industries Defense LLC is looking for a Production Supervisor in Fort Worth, TX to direct manufacturing operations within the assigned cell area and lead labor teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals. The role requires coordinating cross-functionally to meet customer requirements and ensuring on-time deliveries.

Requirements include an Associate’s degree with Six Sigma and Lean certifications, ERP experience, and strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, Six Sigma certification, Lean Certification, or other manufacturing related certs.
• Previous experience in a high-mix low-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience using an ERP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive manufacturing operations within the assigned cell area.
• Lead direct labor staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Coordinate cross-functionally within the organization to meet/exceed customer requirements.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Summary:

Responsible for directing production efforts within the assigned area and coordinating cross-functional production support efforts.

Essential Job Functions:

Drive manufacturing operations within the assigned cell area.

Lead direct labor staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Education and Certifications:
