Job description

The Production Supervisor manages employees on an assigned shift to ensure the manufacture of products, parts, components, or assemblies, or to perform service functions within established timing, quality, and cost standards. Operations are routine, typically involving simple machine setups such as stamping, extruding, spot welding, or small unit assembly.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise production activities to meet or exceed quality standards, including product integrity and proper documentation.
• Handle personnel actions including hiring, training, performance reviews, discipline, safety, and grievances in unionized environments.
• Set manufacturing priorities based on weekly schedules and assign daily tasks.
• Interpret specifications and assess the acceptability of ongoing production.
• Implement safety programs to ensure employee safety.
• Coordinate maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities.

Salary Range: $68,900.00 - $86,100.00

Bonus: Eligible for performance-based bonus per plan terms.

Compensation will consider internal equity, geographic location, candidate's skills, experience, and other factors.
