We are currently hiring for a major expansion and are offering relocation assistance within the United States along with a $2000 sign-on bonus for new Jabil employees!

The working schedule for the Production Supervisor is Thursday (flexible 4 hours), Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Our Production Supervisor directs assembly activities and support groups, maintains production schedules, and ensures quality standards are met.

In your role you will:

Leadership And Management Responsibilities

• Identify individual and team strengths and development needs.
• Create and validate training curriculum.
• Coach and mentor staff to deliver excellence.
• Create and manage succession plans.

Performance Management

• Establish clear, measurable goals.
• Solicit ongoing feedback and provide coaching.
• Perform evaluations professionally and on time.
• Drive continuous improvement and recognize staff achievements.

Communication

• Provide forums for idea exchange.
• Communicate clearly in verbal and written formats.
• Encourage input and adapt communication styles.

Technical Management Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance programs and plan activities for technical staff.
• Maintain reports and records.
• Supervise line moves and equipment updates.
• Identify and implement improvements and best practices.
• Lead by example in customer service and problem-solving.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
• 3+ years in a fast-paced production environment.
• 2+ years as a people leader.
• Hands-on experience with SMT and Thru-hole equipment, process optimization, SPC, DFM, DFT, Demand Flow, DOE methodologies.
