Safran companies are looking for a Production Supervisor in Everett, Washington. The successful candidate will lead a team of 2 to 10 employees, focusing on production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement.

Focusing on commercial and military aircraft, NAT provides first class services in design, engineering, quality, certification, and manufacturing for a variety of Blue Chip customers.
The Production Supervisor partners with the production manager to lead, teach, coach and mentor operations personnel. This role leads 2 - 10 employees in the production process.
The Supervisor will promote lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes, and is expected to build and fabricate parts while also maintaining their leadership responsibilities of the team.
Associate's degree or equivalent experience (+2 years)
Strong understanding of production procedures, standards and knowledge of Quality Control Standards and systems.
3 or more years of experience in manufacturing environment, plus minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, email, ERP system.
Well organized, planning and time management skills, quality oriented, problem solving. Ability to lead teams, conduct meetings, give direction/delegate, and train/coach/mentor employees.
