Emerson is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our Eden Prairie, MN manufacturing team on the first shift (Mon-Thu 5:30 AM–2:30 PM; Fri 5:30 AM–12:00 PM). You will oversee production areas and drive safety, quality, continuous improvement, productivity, training, and cost management.

• Communicating regularly with your team about business goals, performance, and company updates, while fostering open dialogue.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $70,000-$90,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
