One of our newest factories, located along the Virginia border, breathes new life into a former brewery, creating an innovative and technologically advanced pet food manufacturing facility. We have transformed the existing structure in Rockingham County to produce leading dry dog and cat food brands, including Purina Pro Plan®, Purina ONE®, and Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets®. With a strong focus on sustainability and safety, this facility is committed to doing our part to care for the environment, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity and maintaining zero waste for disposal. As a Production Supervisor, your role is to lead and facilitate your team to achieve all goals related to safety, quality, sanitation, performance and cost, while maintaining positive employee relations and morale. You will be a change agent in your area, nurturing improvements to make the Eden factory better than ever. This role empowers the production team to seek new initiatives as well as ensure safe behaviors, all while maintaining excellence in quality and food safety. This vital role will lead your team in continuous improvement through our Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) tools to improve asset intensity and minimize costs. This position provides exciting professional development for those ambitious to make a difference.
The approximate range for this position is $75,220 - $99,780. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
