Kemin is seeking a Production Supervisor in Des Moines, IA. You will lead a diverse 12-hour shift team, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure smooth plant operations in a dynamic production environment. The role emphasizes ERP usage, safety, and continuous improvement to meet daily production goals.
