We\'re Hiring: Shift Leader – Advanced Manufacturing (Day Shift and Night Shift Available)

Schedule: Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM OR 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM

We’re seeking a hands-on, people-focused Shift Leader to join a high-performing manufacturing team in a regulated, automated production environment. This role oversees up to 30 employees and is ideal for someone who thrives on operational excellence, technical process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a highly technical production team in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment


• Oversee shift performance metrics: uptime, output, quality, safety, and efficiency


• Collaborate with maintenance and automation teams to maximize equipment uptime


• Apply Lean/6S tools to support continuous improvement and reduce waste


• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and internal safety and quality standards


• Drive employee development through coaching, training, and performance management

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role


• 2+ years of direct supervisory experience, preferably in a regulated or automated setting


• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles


• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally across shifts


• Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational results
