Main Duties & Responsibilities
Shift - Thursday-Sunday and every other Wednesday 5:40pm - 6:00am
- Responsible for all aspects of the Production Area during their shift.
- Leads and manages the development, direction, and effectiveness of their team, adhering to organizational policies and supporting business objectives.
- Creates development plans for associates and provides performance feedback.
- Ensures all training for their team is completed on time.
- Manages operations schedules within budget, utilizing human and technological resources effectively.
- Implements organizational changes to improve effectiveness and quality.
- Maintains consistency with company policies, practices, and documentation.
- Coordinates work assignments, including training, technical support, and troubleshooting.
- Ensures throughput and schedule adherence.
- Creates and completes Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) promptly.
- Maintains data management and entry, understanding its impact on KPIs.
- Works with internal resources to resolve issues.
- Serves as the SME for production and represents production in projects and audits.
- Acts as the point of contact for engineering and support functions.
- Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Assists in writing Work Instructions and Procedures, maintaining standardized processes.
- Leads group meetings and coordinates with support departments.
- Maintains flexibility with work schedule.
- Manages all aspects of the Work Order from start to closure.
- Tracks operator attendance and manages PTO requests.
- Calculates and tracks scrap totals, recording data in IQMS (ERP System).
- Participates in weekly Gemba Walks and manages findings in IQMS.
- Performs daily 5S activities and manages weekly 5S audits.
- Communicates production and quality issues across shifts and departments.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $72,000 - $82,000

Qualifications
- 2+ years of injection molding or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing operations environment required.
- Knowledge equivalent to Production Lead level or similar experience preferred.
- Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of regulatory environments preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems, required.
- Ability to analyze data effectively.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
