Job summary

48forty Solutions LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor in Lake City, MN to lead the production function, enforce safety standards, and drive efficiency. You will work closely with plant management to develop personnel and ensure smooth operations.

Hourly pay ranges from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, with Monday–Friday shifts (6:30 AM–3:00 PM) and opportunities for overtime or swing shifts. A strong candidate has warehousing experience and leadership capability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse or similar facility.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team.
• Ability to communicate with Plant management regularly.

$23.00 - $25.00/hr

What You'll Do
