Job summary

48forty Solutions LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 4:00 pm–12:30 am) to lead the production and warehouse teams, enforce safety, and ensure smooth, efficient operations at our Bucks County facility.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with plant management, and support customer service and quality goals while working in a fast-paced environment with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Warehouse or similar facility.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team.
• Ability to communicate with Plant management regularly.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety standards, achieve production goals, and maintain quality standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the production function of the site.
• Perform pallet sort, light pallet repair, forklift operation and customer service duties.
• Lead production and provide customer support when necessary.

We are hiring fora 2nd shift role Monday - Friday, 4pm - 12:30am.

What You'll Do
