Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, rotating schedule (2 days on/2 days off, 3 days on/3 days off)

Our commitment to innovation and excellence drives our success, and we’re seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to help lead our operations.

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our cutting-edge manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in profile extrusion (fence, window profiles, conduit, or pipe) and a proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced production environment. This role is critical to ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while fostering a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of production team members during 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 2 on/2 off, 3 on/3 off schedule).
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production schedules.
• Monitor and optimize profile extrusion processes (fence, window profiles, conduit, or pipe) to meet production goals and minimize downtime.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance objectives.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain continuous operations.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and engineering teams to drive process improvements.
• Maintain accurate production records and report on key performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and environmental standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Direct experience with profile extrusion processes (fence, window profiles, conduit, or pipe) is required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems for production tracking.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

Will consider technicians and maintenance professionals with the right extrusion experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform hands-on tasks in a manufacturing environment for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a fast-paced setting.
