Job summary

Guardian Glass in Corsicana, TX is looking for Production Supervisors to join our team. We seek leaders to guide a fast-paced production environment, oversee the vacuum coating process with support staff, and ensure safety, training, and procedures are followed.

Develop crew members to boost performance, drive continuous improvements, partner with other departments to align production needs, and collaborate across upstream/downstream processes to meet customer expectations.

• Experience in high volume manufacturing and employee relations.
