Job summary

Guardian Glass is seeking Production Supervisors to join our Corsicana, TX team. You will lead and improve performance on key department goals, oversee the high-tech vacuum coating process with the technical support team, and ensure safety training and procedures are followed.

We look for leaders with experience in fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing, the ability to work rotating shifts, and a Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.

What You Will Do
