Salary Range (Hourly): $69,700.00 - $109,700.00 USD annually

About the Opportunity

Production Supervisor – Night Crew

7:00 pm – 7:00 am

Alternate 3 days one week; 4 days the next

The salary range for this position is $69,700.00 - $109,700.00 USD annually.

Join our Colonial Heights, VA facility where we manufacture Trojan condoms and Scent Booster in-wash additives.

Role Summary

The Production Supervisor will facilitate the coordination of personnel, equipment, and product to meet safety, quality, production, and efficiency standards. Ensures compliance with all FDA, ISO, and OSHA regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs, company policies, safety policies, quality standards, Lean manufacturing practices, and GMP.
• Provide on-the-job training and orientation for department personnel.
• Oversee machine operations and coordinate with maintenance or engineering teams.
• Maintain attendance records and handle employee counseling or discipline as per company policy.
• Prepare daily production reports, process orders, DHRs, PPRs, and other production records.
• Review production documents for accuracy before forwarding to Quality Control.
• Monitor equipment conditions and coordinate necessary maintenance.
• Assist with production planning and scheduling.
• Engage in Lean activities and lead or participate in problem-solving initiatives.
• Manage shift start-up activities and attend relevant meetings, presenting department status updates.
• Requisition, inspect, and maintain in-process supplies.
• Perform physical inventories as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
• Work overtime as required.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

Four-year college degree and at least four years of experience in high-speed manufacturing within industries such as pharmaceutical, consumer products, food, or medical devices.
