Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Superintendent to lead daily poultry production operations on the floor, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will coordinate team duties, monitor equipment, and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a productive workplace.

The role requires 1+ year of supervisory experience (20+ employees preferred), strong communication, and the ability to quickly resolve issues. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years of supervisory experience leading 20+ employees preferred; Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: Effective communication, independent decision making, basic computer knowledge, ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Production Superintendent

In this key role, you'll serve as the frontline leader overseeing daily operations within our poultry production facility. You'll ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards for safety, quality assurance, and efficiency. Based primarily on the production floor, you'll coordinate team duties, monitor equipment and workflow, and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also requires agility to respond to operational issues in real time, helping maintain a productive and well-functioning workplace.
