Overview

Stryten Energy, a company with a long history in the Niagara Falls, NY area, manufactures proprietary and custom injection molding products serving the industrial lead battery, automotive, and consumer markets. The company is expanding its battery poly manufacturing and recycling output to help address industry-wide supply constraints.

Position: Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm; Monday - Friday

Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 per year, with potential additional compensation such as bonuses, equity, or commissions depending on factors like location, skills, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Help manufacturing staff achieve company goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results.
• Enforce company policies and guidelines.

• Ensure production plans are completed on time.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance issues.
• Counsel employees on workflow and output improvements.
• Resolve employee disputes.
• Create and maintain schedules.
• Communicate with other departments as needed.

• Follow safety protocols and communicate hazards.

Physical Demands and Environment

• This position requires on-site presence at our Niagara Falls, NY location.
