Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Job Responsibilities

• Managing the plant's daily operations and team members
• Scheduling production output to meet and exceed installation deadlines
• Preventive maintenance of machinery and understanding of production standards, product lines, and installation techniques
• Enforcing strict quality control standards
• Tracking and receiving all purchased materials
• Maintaining an efficient inventory of materials
• Collaborating with the Installation Manager and reporting to the Operations Manager
