Position Overview

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Chicago, IL

Shift: 3rd (10pm - 6am)

Status: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead production staff to ensure safety, compliance, and performance
• Ensure compliance with SQF, GMP, and HACCP
• Track KPIs and create daily reports

Key Qualifications

• Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry experience
• 3-5 years experience as a Supervisor in a manufacturing environment
• Preferred: TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Union manufacturing environments, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Lean, Bilingual (English & Spanish)
