We are seeking a values-driven Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations with excellence, integrity, and care. What You’ll Do:

• Train and coach employees, building a high-performance and values-aligned team
• Supervise and coordinate production of seating products across multiple industries
• Lead production in accordance with ISO9001 and Department of Corrections protocols
• Adjust schedules, materials, and manpower to meet daily and weekly production targets
• Ensure on-time delivery, quality standards, and efficiency benchmarks are achieved
• Analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes
• Collaborate with engineering, customer service, and sales to align production priorities

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Strong working knowledge of ISO9001 standards or similar standards, safety protocols, and production systems
• Effective communicator and problem solver with a strong servant leadership mindset
