Job Description

We are seeking an Operation Supervisor to join our Beloit manufacturing team. Our work environment is fun and spirited, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration. Job Responsibilities

1. Manage the operating team to meet plant performance goals, including developing and executing plant and team KPIs.
2. Provide leadership to direct reports through training, career development, performance management, coaching, and recognition.
3. Drive improvements in equipment reliability, facility cleanliness, GMP compliance, and safety.
4. Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize workflows and departmental processes.
5. Investigate and resolve production issues such as scheduling delays, process upsets, and equipment failures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
6. Ensure compliance with EH&S guidelines and requirements.
7. Support team-building activities within the department and plant.

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in a science-related field preferred.
2. At least 3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably overseeing liquid processing in food, pharma, or chemical plants.
3. Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
4. Working knowledge of SAP.
5. Understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
6. Experience in liquid manufacturing/processing, planning & scheduling, RCFA, PSM, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies is an asset.

Working Schedule

This is a Monday through Friday day position supporting a 24/7 facility, with flexibility for occasional after-hours work and calls.
