Job summary

PVH is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead production operations on the manufacturing line with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity. You will oversee the entire production process, from tracking yields to real-time adjustments, and ensure USDA and HACCP compliance.

You will supervise hourly staff, lead safety audits, train teams, and collaborate with Operations Managers to improve workflows, reduce downtime, and drive cost-effective performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a supervisory role, providing training, coaching or mentoring to staff.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to lead problem-solving efforts for complex process issues.
• Skilled at motivating, training, and coaching employees to achieve peak performance in a positive, respectful, team-oriented environment.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments, able to work in varying conditions (heat and cold), and willing to work long hours and weekends when needed.
• Will travel up to 5% of the time.

• Direct and provide guidance to hourly production employees, ensuring alignment on safety, quality, and production goals.
• Lead monthly line meetings, walk the production floor daily, and communicate production objectives to the team.
• Analyze key product performance metrics and suggest initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in food processing, leadership, and manufacturing, with knowledge of yields, plant efficiencies, and operation procedures.
• Bilingual ability.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Work in wet or humid conditions, extreme cold and heat, near moving mechanical parts, exposure to fumes or airborne particles, chemicals.
• Noise levels moderate, occasionally loud.
