Job summary

Altium Packaging seeks a production supervisor to direct manufacturing activities at the Argos, Indiana facility. You will lead a team, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement in processes and performance metrics.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3 years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, and strong leadership skills. Union awareness and computer proficiency are valued assets for daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years experience in manufacturing with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• AS degree is preferred; related coursework a plus.
• Experience with mold processes is advantageous.
• Understanding of a union environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor activities of production personnel while managing resources.
• Lead safety, quality, production, and financial results through continuous improvement.
• Document employee performance, training progress, and goals within the performance cycle.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members; handle interviewing and promotions as needed.
• Support process improvements and budgetary considerations in production.
