Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Plant Supervisor to direct and monitor manufacturing activities at our Poland Spring, Maine site. You will oversee production personnel, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer specifications.

This role requires strong leadership and a proven track record in a unionized manufacturing environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 3 years in manufacturing with 1 year in supervision,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• High level knowledge of machinery and production systems.
• AS degree is preferred.
• Blow or Injection Mold experience is a plus.
• Understanding of a union environment is preferred.
