CJ Schwan’s in Salina, KS is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct production, packaging, and bakery operations in compliance with USDA requirements. You will supervise, train, and develop employees, manage safety, quality, and cost control, and drive improvements in processes and KPI performance.

The base salary ranges from $60,000 to $97,500 per year, with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of related food industry experience with 2+ years in line lead or supervision.
• USDA Food Manufacturing experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of robotics used in production.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent; interpret bar graphs.
• Advanced knowledge of Bakery/dough processes preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; SAP beneficial.

What You Will Do:

What We Look For :

• High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred

• Previous USDA Food Manufacturing experience.

• 4+ years of related overall food experience with 2+ years of line lead/supervision.

• Intermediate personal computer skills including Microsoft Office. SAP experience is beneficial.

• Intermediate knowledge of robotics used in production.

• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

• Advanced knowledge of Bakery/dough processes preferred.

• The base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $97,500 annually, with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
