This National manufacturer is looking for a Green End Superintendent who can lead a team through capital projects and upgrades. If you have a background in Plywood, OSB, Veneer, or Engineered Wood (EWP) and you are looking for your next career move, this is an excellent opportunity for future career growth.

As the Production Superintendent, you will:

• Mentor production supervisors and assist them with the tools needed to succeed.
• Be responsible for meeting production goals within the plant.
• Manage budgets set within the department.
• Be committed to safety and continuous improvement.

Minimum requirements for this Production Superintendent position:

• At least 3 years’ experience as a supervisor in wood manufacturing with a high preference for green end experience.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and computer skills.
• Able to build a team and motivate members.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but will consider experience instead of degree.
