Austin Allen Company - Professional Recruitment is seeking an experienced Plant Manager for a wood manufacturing operation in Medford, Oregon. You will lead overall plant performance, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and steer a team in a role with autonomy to make key decisions.

Required are 7+ years as a Plant Manager or Superintendent in wood manufacturing, strong financial budgeting skills, and Lean manufacturing experience.

• Strong background in plywood, OSB, EWP, particle board, veneer, or related wood manufacturing.


• Bachelor’s Degree or at least 15 years of wood industry experience.


• Strong financial acumen and operational budgeting experience.


• Lean manufacturing experience is a major plus.


• Exceptional leadership, organization, and decision‑making skills.
