Pasona Inc. is seeking a Production Staff for an on-site role in Marysville, OH. The position involves operating the scale house, processing and bagging, shipping, and warehouse duties.

The 3:00 PM–11:30 PM schedule may include overtime as needed to meet business needs. Candidates must lift up to 60 lbs, have English communication skills, and complete forklift training after hire. A High School Diploma is required; prior food/grain production experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 60 lbs repeatedly.
• Forklift operation training or certification available after hire.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate/receive soybeans from growers in the scale house per procedure.
• Run processing and bagging operations with focus on quality and efficiency.
• Perform basic machine operation and maintenance.
• Operate forklift safely; maintain valid forklift permit.
• Load containers/trucks per shipping schedule and procedures.
• Prepare shipping documents.
• Organize and manage inventory, including physical counts.
• Manage pest control for processing facility and warehouse.
• Lift 60 lbs repeatedly.
• Handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion.

Production Staff

Location: On-site (no remote work)

Compensation: $40k~$50k (DOE)

Hours: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, Mon–Fri; overtime as needed; unpaid 30-min break; hours may change based on business needs

Employment Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Position Summary

Operate and support scale house, processing/bagging, shipping, and warehouse activities; manage nighttime safety controls and related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate/receive soybeans from growers in the scale house per procedure
• Run processing and bagging operations with focus on quality and efficiency
• Perform basic machine operation and maintenance
• Operate forklift safely; maintain valid forklift permit
• Load containers/trucks per shipping schedule and procedures

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma

• 2+ years production experience in food or grain industry
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to learn and stay current on industry market information
