Job summary

Gehl Food and Beverage is hiring a Soy Line Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00pm–10:30pm). You will monitor processes, maintain quality, and prepare batches in a GMP-driven environment under the direction of the Director of Ingredients.

The role requires forklift certification, a HS diploma or GED, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards; strong teamwork and proactive communication are essential. Benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record critical process parameters.
• Maintain quality standards and track ingredients.
• Prepare product batches to specifications.
• Perform tests (e.g., pH, Brix) as required.
• Carry out CIP and COP on equipment and lines.
• Communicate safety concerns and issues to the team.
• Ensure area is clean and stocked per standards.
• Assist mechanics with repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Pass shift information to oncoming operators.
